And on some days you just don't know how to talk.
This is one of those days.

Wishing I had a great big wine cellar to share with you right about now.
Hope the weekend brings a little sunshine to you, Helen.

Big hugs! You deserve a break as you just on stress overload. Hang in there and just give yourself a chance to recover after all you are far too hard on yourself. Be a little kind!

I hope the fact of it being Friday holds for you some of the same comfort it is currently holding for me.
If not, I hope you have a good bottle of wine, a lush bubble bar, and Angus by your side.
Failing all of the above, you have at least this much: you're in my thoughts, and in my heart.

I don't have the gift of saying anything touching like Jim or Azalea, but oh, how I do love that picture.
Er, painting. Er, lithograph?
Er, image. Never did take Art History.

Picture says it all. Hope you take the weekend to recover. But, don't go silent, you would be missed.

Plop yourself in front of the t. in your pajamas with a bowl of Cap'n Crunch, (or whatever they sell over there) and watch cartoons or any show that requires absolutely no brain power but makes you laugh anyway.
Go lay on your back on a grassy hill and stare up at the clouds and try to find shapes in them.
Go on a picnic.
You've worked hard...time to let yourself be a kid again.

That should say, "t.v." (television if it still doesn't like it.)

Do you see what an idiot I make of myself just in hopes of seeing your smile?
I'm sending you warm hugs and love, girl.
I'm with Jim -- you know the address should you need to vent.
xoxo

Sometimes we hear what you say even when you're on mute...and it's still a beautiful racket...

You reminded me of Dorothy parker's "Little Words"
...I cannot conjure loveliness, to drown
The bitter woe that racks my cords apart.
The weary pen that sets my sorrow down
Feeds at my heart.
There is no mercy in the shifting year,
No beauty wraps me tenderly about.
I turn to little words- so you, my dear,
Can spell them out.
Sending you thoughts of peace and solace xx
